Cancelling an order

Your right to cancel

If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom or the European Union, you have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party you name who is not the carrier, take physical possession of the goods. Where an order is delivered in more than one parcel, the period runs from the day you receive the last item.

How to cancel

Tell us by a clear statement before the 14 days are up. Email support@aismartora.shop with your order number and say that you are cancelling. You may use the wording below, but you do not have to.

To AISMARTORA, support@aismartora.shop — I hereby give notice that I cancel my contract of sale for the following goods: [item names]. Ordered on [date] / received on [date]. Name: [your name]. Address: [your address]. Date: [today’s date].

To meet the deadline, it is enough for you to send your message before the cancellation period expires.

Sending the goods back

Send the goods back to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day you tell us you are cancelling. We will email you the return address when you cancel. The deadline is met if you send the goods back before the 14 days expire.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any reduced value of the goods resulting from handling them beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning — in other words, you can try something on, but not wear it out.

Your refund

We will reimburse all payments received from you, including the standard delivery charge — except for any supplementary costs arising if you chose a delivery type more expensive than the cheapest standard delivery we offer.

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and not later than 14 days after the day we receive the goods back, or the day you supply evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earliest. We will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, and you will not incur any fees as a result.

Cancelling before dispatch

If you cancel before the order is dispatched, email us and we will stop it and refund you in full, including delivery, without waiting for anything to be returned.

Where this right does not apply

The statutory right to cancel does not apply to goods made to your specification or clearly personalised, or to sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if the seal has been broken after delivery. Our standard range is not made to order, so in practice this right applies to everything we sell except opened hygiene-sealed items.
